RLI Scholarship to NACE's recruiter leader institute

MPACE will be offering one scholarship to the NACE Recruiter Leadership Institute (RLI) held on January 11-12, 2018, where seasoned recruiters will lead aspiring recruiters in exploring the key fundamentals needed to excel within the university relations and recruiting (URR) field.

Led by experienced university recruiters, attendees will dive deep into discussions related to the URR function, program development, program assessment, and relationship management. Attendees will learn how to leverage their leadership skills to build a stronger URR team, resulting in greater organizational success. Thought leaders from the URR field will provide best practices and insight for continued leadership development. Individuals will evaluate their own leadership skills and construct an action plan for improvement. NACE RLI will be held January 11th and 12th in San Antonio, TX.

The Professional Development subcommittee within MPACE seeks to provide informative and current information on relevant industry trends related to college career services and university recruitment. Since many of us are busy professionals and oftentimes are unavailable to peruse dense articles, we are providing a digest on articles of interest in order to provide some scholarly professional development in a pinch.The digests will include implications for career services and college recruitment professionals.
