MLI & FLS (Future Leaders Scholarship) Recipients

NACE Management Leadership Institute (MLI) Scholarship Program

 

The MLI is a five-day, professionally intensive workshop led by a faculty of experienced career services practitioners. The MLI offers practical information and opportunities to network with peers and learn from experienced colleagues who have successfully met the challenges of career center management.

Each year MPACE awards one scholarship to a current college/university member to attend this exciting and educational event. The MLI 2017 event will be held July 9-14, 2017 in St. Louis MO.

NACE Recruiter Leader Institute (RLI) Scholarship Program

 

The RLI is a 2 day intensive program where seasoned recruiters will lead aspiring recruiters in exploring the key fundamentals needed to excel within the university relations and recruiting (URR) field. Led by experienced university recruiters, attendees will dive deep into discussions related to the URR function, program development, program assessment, and relationship management. Attendees will learn how to leverage their leadership skills to build a stronger URR team, resulting in greater organizational success. Thought leaders from the URR field will provide best practices and insight for continued leadership development. Individuals will evaluate their own leadership skills and construct an action plan for improvement. RLI will be be held June 22 and 23 in Sunnyvale, CA.

 

Each year MPACE awards one scholarship to a current employer member to attend this exciting and educational even.

 Future Leaders Scholarship (formerly CMS, 2008-2014)

 

MPACE offers the Future Leaders Scholarship (FLS) Program to provide current graduate students and new professionals (1-2 years in the profession) a direct connection to experience career services/university recruiting hands-on. It is an opportunity to meet and work with people currently working in the profession. This is a great way for MPACE to showcase new and future professionals in the field.
