With the new administration in the White House, there are many proposed changes  (and an avalanche of rumors) concerning visa options available to US companies who wish to hire international graduates.  So far, there have been very few changes that have any impact on most US companies.  This webinar, presented by Mark Rhoads, will address the most common work visa options available US employers to hire international talent.  We will also discuss proposed changes and how these changes might impact available visa options.

 

Presenter Bio:

Mark Rhoads is a Director of the Immigration Practice Group of the law firm of McCandlish Holton, PC.  Mark regularly provides immigration advice and visa processing services to US employers as well as university career services offices from coast to coast.  In addition, he regularly speaks across the country on immigration law topics to attorneys, business groups and university groups.  Mark is listed in Best Lawyers in America in Immigration Law, and has been named among Virginia’s Legal Elite in Immigration Law.
