Join Bert Rivera as he shares insights from over a decade of practice in mindfulness, time management, and well-being to give you the tips to bring more balance into your lives. You will explore mindful breathing and movement techniques to use while working, balanced technology usage, and time/workflow management tips. Leave feeling more balanced and equipped to handle the stresses of our transforming world!

For the last 10 years, Bert Rivera has brought joy, passion, and transformative insights to a variety of audiences with the purpose of improving their well-being! Currently on staff at the Career Development Center at California State University Long Beach (CSULB), he also teaches and presents on topics of his passions including mindfulness, time management, and wellness. Some of his experience includes:

    • Facilitating hundreds of mindfulness, meditation, and time management sessions over the last 10 years for thousands of people (in person, over the phone, individually, small groups, large groups, in work, outside work)
    • Completing 100 hour (1 year) certification from Loyola Marymount University in “Yoga, Mindfulness and Social Change”
    • Continuing study with highly accomplished meditation teachers for the last 12 years
    • Practicing mindfulness & meditation daily for over 12 years
    • Creating a Mindfulness module for Parent and Family Orientation, engaging thousands of students and families at CSULB
