The 54th Annual College Hiring Outlook Survey for 2025

The 54th annual College Recruiting Outlook survey led by Phil Gardner, Stuart Mease, and Ashley Forsythe is now live. 

Each year, the survey asks for the assistance of career services professionals to share the survey link to their employer partners. The survey link will be active with a collection period until 10/2. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

This year's survey will provide the same valuable information employers and career centers have come to rely on for the recruiting season. As in the past, we will provide a virtual delivery of the final survey results.
